Barlovento & GoodWinds Center: A water sports center in front of Sardinera Bay with a bar, restaurant and shop. • Melao by Mario Pagán • Panela, Cocina Social HOUSE GUEST PROGRAM INFORMATION The House Guest program is available for up to two (2) consecutive weeks per guest and a yearly total of eight (8) weeks per guest. The maximum number of House Guests allowed per Membership is eight (8) at a time. Children under six (6) years of age enjoy complimentary access. The House Guest Program fee is $390.25 per person per week (5 yr olds and under free) plus $2k deposit per person for incidentals per guest, plus applicable taxes. All incidental charges incurred by the House Guest will be deducted from your security deposit. To apply for a house guest membership, you must apply at least 2 weeks before your check-in date. APPROVAL FOR HOUSE GUEST PRIVILEGES IN THE CLUB House Guest's status may be terminated at the will of the member or the Club prior to the expiration of the pass. Other things to note This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on meter readings upon entry and exit. The resolution center will be notified immediately upon checkout of any excess electricity usage and your credit card could be charged for extra usage. To avoid this please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Also, if you decide to open all the sliding doors to take advantage of the open living space the AC unit in corresponding rooms must be turned off. Leaving AC on and opening the doors creates condensation and mold. The cost of mold mitigation may also be deducted if doors are left open with AC on.
