2 Bed, 2 Bath overlooking the Platte River

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. It is 25 minutes from downtown Omaha which includes the CHI event center, Charles Schwab baseball field and the Old Market and our housing development has an 18 hole golf course, club house and restaurant located just down the road from our house. I feel the BEST and most UNIQUE thing about our property is the deck that gives you an amazing view of the Platte river valley and amazing sunsets!!! The space You will have use of the kitchen, which includes a fridge, an oven, stove top, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker. Our unique tables that we made with some help of friends, will be a hit for Nebraska Husker fans! Although the room is large and spacious, our space is not for large family gatherings, parties or to be used as a venue. Utensils and limited pots, pans and baking sheets are available for cooking meals. We provide a reasonable number of paper plates, napkins, etc, but if you are here for an extended time, you will need to bring additional. There are also regular plates, silverware, etc that can also be used. The deck off of this room offers some beautiful scenery and fresh air. There is a table and chairs for you to relax! This tends of to be the place that our guests enjoy using the most, especially to watch the sunset. There are two bedrooms, each having one queen bed and open closets. There are two bathrooms as well. One is in the hallway and one is directly attached to the master bedroom. The hallway bathroom is a tub/shower and the master bathroom is a shower only. The washer and dryer are located in a room in the hallway and may be used if needed. We provide laundry pods as a courtesy if needed. Guest access Our house is attached by a breezway, but is a completely separate living space in the upper level of our building. You will enter in the downstairs garage area and go upstairs so it is a semi-private entrance. There is a separate door at the top of the stairs to enter into the living space and can be locked for your privacy. The outside door will be accessed by a key pad and the living space is opened and locked with a key. Prior to your arrival, I will send specific information for accessing the building. Additionally about the building, we use the garages below the living space, so we just ask that you be considerate of parking in front of the doors. You are welcome to park in the driveway on the left side, leaving enough space for movement in and out of the garage. We typically do not allow vehicles to be parked in the garage, but will accommodate if needed due to weather such as hail. Other things to note When checking out, we would like for the bedding to be stripped and piled on the floor. Trash can be placed at the bottom of the stairs or put in the garbage bins in front of our house. You will be given keys to the top door entrance and a key fob for the outside door when you arrive. They will be on the fridge and that is where you can leave them when you depart. Please tidy up and leave our home like you found it. All our guests have been amazing at this!
