2 Bed, 2 Bath overlooking the Platte River

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. It is 25 minutes from downtown Omaha which includes the CHI event center, Charles Schwab baseball field and the Old Market and our housing development has an 18 hole golf course, club house and restaurant located just down the road from our house. I feel the BEST and most UNIQUE thing about our property is the deck that gives you an amazing view of the Platte river valley and amazing sunsets!!! The space You will have use of the kitchen, which includes a fridge, an oven, stove top, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker. The unique tables will be a hit for Nebraska Husker fans! Utensils and limited pots, pans and baking sheets are available for cooking meals. The deck off of this room offers some beautiful scenery and fresh air. There is a fire table and chairs for you to relax around! There are two bedrooms with queen beds. There are two bathrooms as well. One is in the hallway and one is directly attached to the master bedroom. The hallway bathroom is a tub/shower and the master bathroom is a shower only. The washer and dryer are located in a room in the hallway and may be used if needed. Guest access Our house is attached by a breezway, but is a completely separate living space in the upper level of our building. You will enter in the downstairs garage area and go upstairs so it is a semi-private entrance. There is a separate door at the top of the stairs to enter into the living space and can be locked for your privacy. The outside door will be accessed by a key pad and the living space is opened and locked with a key. Prior to your arrival, I will send information for accessing the building. Other things to note When checking out, we would like for the bedding to be stripped and piled on the floor. Trash can be placed at the bottom of the stairs or put in the garbage bins in front of our house.
