The space House on 2 levels with 2 enclosed courtyards framing the house. You will park in the house's private parking space, and enter through the south-facing garden where deckchairs will allow you to enjoy a quiet outdoor space and a garden table with 6 electric barbecue chairs, for lunch or even dinner under the stars. Upon entering, entrance area with closet to drop off your clothes, shoe cabinet, then fully equipped kitchen with back kitchen and beautiful dining area. By extending your visit you will discover a bright and sunny space that will lead you to the living room overlooking the north courtyard where the garden furniture will allow you to have a small coffee in the sun in the morning. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, accessible by a simple and straight staircase that is safe but children should be supervised on any staircase ;-), a beautiful landing with closet that serves 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a desk area and a dressing room. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 beds of 90 cm and a dressing room. And the 3rd bedroom is furnished with a pull-out bed leaving room for a crib. Folding crib provided at no extra cost as well as baby bath, highchair, potty, and stepstool. The bedding is new and of good quality. Guest access You have access to the whole house... Just for you and why not its twin next door which is also a vacation rental... look for the Aubinaise! Other things to note Beds are made on arrival (duvets and duvet covers and fleece blankets depending on the season) and bathroom linen (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person + shower mat) and kitchen (1 dish towel and 1 hand towel) are provided. Cleaning is included in the rental but you will still be asked to return this beautiful lady tidy, and at least clean ;-) Possibility to rent its twin house L'AUBINAISE to share a vacation with friends or family while keeping each one's space.
