Welcome to Sunnyside! Recently painted and designed 3 Queen bedroom and 2 bath home is sure to be a bright and cozy space for your family and friends to enjoy. (STA License Number: ST-2022-0002 R4) Enjoy your evening by listening to the record player, watching a movie on one of our 2 TV's, or challenge yourselves with foosball or ping pong in the gaming garage! Enjoy and relax after an adventurous day in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. The space We have 1 Queen bedroom on the main level along with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living area with a flat screen TV and Apple Box. The upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms (one containing a flatscreen TV and Apple Box) along with a full bathroom. The backyard area contains a gazebo with seating, a firepit, volleyball net, hot tub,and our garage which has been turned into a recreational room complete with foosball, ping pong, and giant Jenga. Pets are welcomed! Please clean up after them and note that they are not allowed on the living room leather sofas/ beds. Laundry is available in the front mudroom. Guest access Guests will be given a code to enter on the front door keypad upon booking. Other things to note Since our property is in the County, we run off a well. This means 1: do not drink the tap water as it is untreated and 2. we would appreciate if you kept water usage to a minimum ie; shorter showers and turning off the tap when not in use. If you notice a shortage of water please contact us immediately and we will have some delivered. In the County, you are required to call a fire in BEFORE you light one in the fire pit and must be called EACH DAY. Please let us know when you would like to have one and we will call it in for you.
