Ideally located just a 5-minute walk to downtown, it is distinguished by an interior decor that is both elegant and modern. The apartment, facing south, is bright and close to all amenities, with a balcony to fully enjoy the outdoor environment. It is located on the first floor of an extremely quiet residence, a few minutes' walk from the lively heart of Tarbes. The two spacious bedrooms offer the flexibility of double or single beds, however excluding the possibility of converting the sofa into a bed. Internet connectivity is provided with a TV, free Wi-Fi (Fiber) and a very fast connection to stay connected at all times. Parking will not be a concern, as free parking is available in front of the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop and microwave, offering the possibility to prepare your meals as if you were at home. Additional amenities include a washing machine to ensure clean clothes in all circumstances, as well as coffee and tea machines to start your days in the best possible way. A dining table for four allows for friendly meals. As a welcome, a kit awaits you on arrival, including coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, a garbage bag and toilet paper.
