This apartment, completed in early January 2023, on the most beautiful street of Playa del Ingles, is new to rent. The apartment is on the second floor at the back of the building, so you will not be bothered by traffic and the sound of the beautiful restaurants along Avenida de Tirajana. The complex is located between the nature reserve "Las Dunas de Maspolomas" and the shopping center "YUMBO" in the heart of the beautiful seaside resort of Playa del Ingles, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. The spacious living room has a 3-person sofa, flat-screen TV (interactive), air conditioning, electric shutters and fast internet (300Mbps) so you can stream your favorite movies and series on the TV (via Agile TV). The adjoining spacious open dining area, with sea view, is a nice place to sit. Through the sliding door, you can access the large balcony from the room, where you can enjoy the rising sun and the beautiful sea view in peace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances (Bosch) you could wish for: a double sink, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Everything is available to make it a nice & relaxed stay! The large master bedroom has air conditioning, a spacious 180x200 bed, bedside tables, and a large linen closet. The bedroom also offers access to the spacious balcony through a large sliding door. With the morning sun, it is wonderful to wake up! Do you prefer it dark? Then lower the electric shutters. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan integrated into the lamp and a spacious 160x200 bed with bedside table. This room has a nice open linen closet. In this bedroom, there is a new washing machine that you have at your disposal, ideal for when you stay longer in our apartment. The new bathroom has a double vanity unit with 2 drawers (including hair dryer) and a large mirror cabinet in which you can store your belongings well. The spacious shower corner has a rain shower and hand shower. The complex is very centrally located and features a large heated private swimming pool including children's pool.
