We are in the small coastal village of Magoito in Sintra and only 40 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. This is our family home which we are delighted to welcome you to stay in. Lovingly restored by us in 2021, the house is large but cosy and has been designed with a calm, modern aesthetic. There is a large garden with pool. The house is well appointed to the magnificent beaches along the coast. Enjoy the peace, quiet and birdsong! The space The house benefits from a great deal of natural light, and is very comfortable for a family to stay. There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet and ensuite bathroom and another which is a children's room, with a single bed (travel cot can be requested) also with ensuite bathroom. There is a cosy indoor living area with real fireplace and a bright and spacious kitchen with a dining table and fully equipped with modern appliances. Upstairs there is an open room (mezzanine style) that is a school/play room where one child can sleep since there is a single bed. We have toys and books that children are welcome to use. Guest access The house is set in a large garden with swimming pool and designated parking. Other things to note The house is within walking distance of Praia do Magoito (25 min of a breath-taking cliff walk), one of the cleanest beaches in Europe, having received the title of blue flag for many years. There are shops, restaurants, as butcher and one pharmacy within walking distance from the house. The majestic and romantic Serra de Sintra is located 10 km from Casa dos Juncos, so you can also enjoy beautiful hikes in the green mountains. Sintra is the eighth wonder of Portugal: and is easily accessible from the house. A car is preferable as a means of exploring the area. Registration Details 142381/AL
