In the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat, close to beaches, water activities and shops. This modern and bright house will allow you to spend a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space House of 140 m2, with large garden of 1500 m2. It consists of a living room, dining room and very bright open kitchen, a wardrobe, with washing machine and dishwasher. A master bedroom (double bed and bathroom with shower) that can open onto the living room. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a large shower, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a baby bed. The house is equipped with fiber (internet). You can enjoy the barbecue and aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the garden. The stove is not usable for safety reasons.
