This 2BR private hidden gem is located within the safest gated community in Freeport Montego Bay. It is 3 mins walking distance to an infinity edge pool and 6-8 mins walk to a beach. A plush patio set is nestled in the back yard where one can lounge and feel a sense of calm and relaxation. There is also 24 hour security, a gym, and a gazebo. This home is 10-15 mins driving distance to the airport, numerous restaurants and shopping centers. You'll be close to the center of it all. The space Located within the prestigious and ultra-safe community of Freeport, this luxurious and exquisitely presented two-bedroom unit possesses modern furnishing and interior design that will help you to feel right at home. The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite master bath with standing shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a sliding door closet and en suite tub with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning units, cable tv and free wifi access. Bath towels, face towels, wash rags and blankets are provided. The living area is fully furnished and has a 70” LCD smart TV, cable, wifi and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and cooking supplies which makes for a pleasant cooking experience. The kitchen flows into an exquisite dining space that has a large 6 seater dining table. The in door laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the outdoor laundry area has a wash tub and laundry drying line. A supplemental generator is available so you will never be without electricity and air conditioning. The property is gated with a 24-hour security presence, surveillance cameras and convenient parking for each unit. In addition, the property features a fitness center, pool, gazebo/BBQ grill space, and waterside views of the neighbouring yacht docking area. Guests can also opt to enjoy complimentary access to a rustic beach area (not a beach club) located three (3) minutes away by vehicle or 10 minute walk. It is not a beach club, as such, guests are advised to carry their own refreshments and food. The unit is also conveniently located nearby to several restaurants/bars, hotels, gyms, doctors’ offices, clinics, movie theater, financial institutions, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, clothing stores, gas station and cruise ship terminal. Most of these establishments are within a 5-8 minute drive from the unit’s location. If so desired, taxi services can be provided upon request to these businesses around Montego Bay at an additional cost. In addition, we do offer cleaning services and a personal chef at an additional cost. Please indicate your desire for any of these services when making your reservation and we will disclose availability and pricing details. It is important to note that visitors, service providers contracted by the guest and/or any individual categorized within the aforementioned who will be utilizing the properties amenities on behalf of the guests, will incur additional costs which will be assessed to the reservation group. This directive is pursuant to the maximum number of allowable individuals visiting the house, which is two (2) visitors. Therefore, it is imperative that a preliminary inquiry requesting additional individuals to utilize the property or use its amenities be done prior to agreement & confirmation with the relevant individuals. Hence, each additional individual is required to pay the aforementioned fee of $50 USD/individual per day to utilize such amenities as the pool and gym. The air conditioning units within the home work off an eco sensor so as to conserve energy. We kindly ask for you to keep the windows and doors closed when the A/C is on. Thank you for helping us to conserve and protect our earth's vital resources. Other things to note 1. CHECK OUT is by 11:00 a.m.. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. Additionally, there will be an additional $20/hr fee for every hour after 11:00 a.m, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon, as we have to prepare for guests that are arriving and the space must be properly sanitised and cleaned. Airport pick up and drop off to the townhome is available at an additional cost. Please specify upon booking if you would like this service. 5. Excursion transportation and/or tour transportation is available at a cost. 7.Visitor hours are between 9AM-7PM. 8.There is a RING doorbell camera located ONLY at the front door. There are no other security cameras within/inside the home.
