Independent Apartment in Country Home with a View

My home is immersed in the Italian countryside, but minutes away from beaches, hills, beautiful sceneries, and cities of interest. The apartment is bright and part of a large rustic country home. The kitchen is spacious and the beds new and comfy. The house and the garden outdoors, complete with an olive grove and an orchard, is perfect for couples, families and pets. You can take a 5 to 10 minute walk through nature up to the castle of Gradara, as well as easily bike or drive to the seaside. The space The apartment has a nice open space with a large table for dining. The terrace has a nice view over the sea and the surrounding San Bartolo hills. You can also eat and chill outdoors, using the tables in the garden. I only use bedsheets made of natural materials like cotton or linen. The bathroom has a nice, large walk-in shower. Towels, shower mat, soap and other bathroom amenities are provided. A basic breakfast is also provided. Tea, coffee, and a moka pot are always available to you in the kitchen. Other things to note Please note that every Italian city requires a local lodging tax that must be paid by guests in cash. For Gradara, the fee is 1,5 euros per person per day, up to a week.
