Close to: USS Alabama Battleship park 10 min Historic Downtown Mobile 15 min Beautiful Artist Friendly Fairhope 25 min Gulf Shores and Orange Beaches 45 min Local seafood favorites Like the Historic Blue Gill Restaurant (since 1930s), Ed’s Seafood Shed, are nearby and Downtown Mobile favorites like Noble South, Spot of Tea, NOJA, Cotton State Barbeque, Hummingbird Way. Spacious well appointed residence in a quiet and well established neighborhood. Recently remodeled interior with a soaking tub to relax and unwind after a busy day. Amenities you expect such as hairdryers and soft linens, a fully appointed kitchen will allow you to cook for two, or six… or even a few more! An eclectic mix of furnishings are comfortable and allow for easy family gatherings and special friendly games…or just read a book from our little library. You can also sit on the patio and let the frogs serenade you at night. While human nightlife is quiet in Spanish Fort, nearby Causeway favorites will keep you well fed with locally caught seafood and be entertained by some of our favorite regional musicians…or if you need to dance the night away, Downtown Mobile’s Entertainment district with Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, and even a Speakeasy will provide great adult entertainment and only 15 minutes away! Patio has a low wall that is about 6ft off the ground on one end. Caution should be maintained with guests and children when on the brick patio. also no fence to contain wodering critters and kids. The wooded areas near the house can be tempting to wonder about, however these areas are privately owned by the neighbors please respect their privacy. You must be able to climb steps to enter the house. We welcome kids, but currently do not have a highchair or crib. Cleaning supplies are kept out of reach, Furniture is stable, dining table has an unsecured heavy glass top. The patio brick railing is low and is 6 ft off the ground on three sides, children and toddlers should not be on the patio unsupervised. The entire house I am available most any time for questions or issues that may arise by simply texting me through the app. Quiet established neighborhood near Mobile Bay. The house is just north of the I10 Daphne Exit, Easily accessable from east or west bound. Parking will hold as many as 6 cars in the driveway and under the large carport, on street parking is also available for free. There is no fence, small animals like rabbits, raccoons, and the neignhbors cat wonder freely in the yard. Sometimes kitty tries to come inside… bad kitty!
