This unique, historic character cottage has been designed to maximise the stunning views over the bay. The beautiful ground floor bedroom has doors leading to the sunny courtyard. Off the bedroom is a en-suite. The 1st floor living area, is a spacious relaxing space with a well equipped kitchen. Free parking for 1 car. EV charging available. 45p pkw Guests must be 25+ There are multiple floors levels and various steps inside, the property isn’t suitable for guests with mobility issues. The space Winter 2 night stays now available for November & December 25. The Hideaway is an historic building and has various floor levels and steps inside, it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please see photos and read description for more information. Property Description The beautiful light filled spacious ground floor bedroom has a charming original oak beam which frames the king size brass bed. A large wardrobe and dressing table provide ample storage. A twinkling glass chandelier and matching side lights give an romantic feel. Off the bedroom is a spacious en-suite with an extra large shower enclosure, wash basin and WC. Double doors lead off the bedroom into the sunny private courtyard. Perfect for enjoying morning Coffee and planning the day ahead or relaxing in the afternoon sun with a glass or two of your favourite tipple. On the first floor there is a , light bright, spilt level living room, with a dining table and comfortable seating for two, the living room leads on to the kitchen with fabulous views across the garden to the bay. Up and down three steps to the stylish, well equipped, contemporary kitchen, there is an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, small fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, pots and pans for you use during your stay. For the colder months the property benefits from the latest electric heating. There is a Dyson blade less fan available for those warmer days. A Free parking space is available at The Grange (next door). Please note this parking place is for cars only. Apologies but I cannot accept Camper Vans, Motor Homes or commercial vehicles. EV charging is available at The Grange for an extra cost ( 45p per kWh) Please contact me in advance if required. All quality bedding, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat and tea towels are provided. Both guests must be over the age of 25. Occasionally 1 & 2 nights stays are available check the calendar for availability. Guest access Guests have the use of all the property and courtyard garden. A parking space for 1 car will be available next door at The Grange, details will be given with access information. Sorry parking not available for Camper vans, Motor Homes and commercial vehicles. Other things to note Important please read. The Hideaway is a beautiful historic building, like many in the area it has various floor levels with steps which adds to its charm and character. There are two steps up and three steps down into the kitchen from the lounge. Unfortunately due to the multiple floor levels and various steps, The Hideaway is not suitable for adults with mobility problems , babies and young children . Sorry no pets allowed. 2 adult guests only over the age of 25.
