Welcome to Sète! Located in a quiet area, our 70 m² house and its garden will welcome you for a relaxing stay, while enjoying the activities of the city and its surroundings! You will be 2.5 km from the beaches and the city center, at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, and close to food shops. A bus line 300 m from the house serves the city, train station and beaches. The space 1950s house, old exterior and refreshed interior. The house is semi-detached in a quiet and residential area. It has: - 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double bed and storage spaces, - a bright living room with 2 sofas including a 140 cm sofa bed, - a separate kitchen, - a bathroom with shower, - separate toilet. Maximum capacity of the house: 6 people. Childcare equipment is available. Only one set of bed linen and indoor bath towel is provided per person. Outside, you will have access to a shaded terrace and a wooded and natural garden (it's good for biodiversity). No WiFi, but very good 4G coverage.
