MINIMUM BOOKING AGE 25+ The space This home is located in a private community, therefore we only rent to guests with great reviews. It’s perfect for a quiet retreat. Other things to note Pool maintenance guy may come on the property to keep the pool and hot tub clean. We always ask prior. Pool can be heated early and late in the season but it is an extra $75/day fee and we will need to know a day prior if you wish to heat it to have our maintenance guy turn the heat on.
