Cozy Little Acorn Cottage

Welcome to our little cottage! Located on a lovely quiet tree-lined Street. The space is the perfect spot to relax while on vacation, in town for an event or function, or visiting family and friends . We are located close to downtown, an easy three block walk. You will love the shops, boutiques and eating places. Or just enjoy the walk and friendly town. The space Our cottage has one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, including dishware for six people. *** Sorry, no dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats six or more people, Relax in the living room with soft lamps and cushions and a cupboard stocked with books and games. The back entrance has a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Head out to the backyard where you can enjoy the patio, complete with barbecue, patio table and chairs and patio lights. There’s also a fire pit where you can enjoy a campfire on those beautiful Alberta summer evenings . Other things to note We have decorated the cottage to look and feel aesthetically pleasing and homey, however you will notice a few quirks that show the age of this charming historic home. The upstairs bedrooms are toasty in summer and can be cold in winter. We have a window AC unit we pop in for the summer months and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, this cools down the space comfortably. In winter we have a space heater you can use if you like it warmer. The floors can also be cold in winter specially when the temperature dips down. Bring your wooly socks and slippers and you will be comfy and cozy as can be.
