Bright, large house with garden

You will live in our beautiful house in the Leutra Valley that you can use when we are traveling or on vacation ourselves. The village is very quiet right next to a nature reserve, where you can hike and bike beautifully. There is also a bus line that connects you to Jena center (7 km), as well as to a train station 3 km away. In the village there is a playground, riding stable, a preserved fortified church from the 13th century, many hiking trails and a small trout farm. The space Our house has 2 floors and is 95% barrier-free. We have a son who is in a wheelchair and therefore have an elevator/lift that can only be used for wheelchair users. There is also a therapy bed in the children's room. Our house is very cozy, bright and friendly. You can use everything. Kitchen - fully furnished, living room with piano, bedroom/music room, children's room with many toys, garden, sitting area, tree house... Since we live here, all our personal belongings are also in the house. So it is important that you handle our things carefully. In the neighboring village you can go to a small swimming spot on the Saale (bike /car). There are 2 more outdoor swimming pools in Jena. In our house there is a separate apartment that is rented out permanently. Our tenants also use the garden. Otherwise, you have your own access to our part of the house and a second access to the garden. Other things to note We have two cats, they are mostly outside, but sometimes they also want to come into the house. In this respect, the apartment is not suitable for cat allergy sufferers.
