The space A UNIQUE NATURE EXPERIENCE NEAR MUMBAI Perched atop a hill with the Amba River meandering below, Banyan Bliss treats you to a 360-degree vista of the stunning Sahyadri mountains, including Lonavala and Amby Valley. Monsoons transform the landscape into a vibrant canvas, adorned with cascading waterfalls, each more enchanting than the last. THE ROOM- THE LOTUS SUITE Indulge in the Lotus Suite, one of six charming cottages (see at bottom for the links to other rooms), a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comforts that accommodates up to 6 adults, with a king size bed and a queen-sized bed, plus room for two extra beds. The cottage has an ensuite bathroom with hot showers and a western style toilet. With an extra external toilet that adjoins the cottage which helps when a large family visits. The large windows and the interestingly placed corner window provide a beautiful view of the villages perched on the mountain top and our unique "Miyawaki Forest," a forest of 300 trees created in just 4 years! The cottage has an attached verandah with a cozy corner where guests can dip their feet in the pond and wait for a fish or two or more to come by nibble or read a book, while the fish prance around in the pond. The perfect space for family gupshup or a game of “teen patti” or for children to play chatter with other children while their parents and other adults have some quiet time outdoors. DINE IN WITH OUR DELICIOUS CATERED MEALS Food is an important part of the Banyan Bliss experience and we serve homely vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals ( Lunch, Evening tea & snack, Dinner, Morning Tea, Breakfast veg, (eggs available at extra cost) at Rs 1,000/- per head, per day. A Veg/Non-Veg barbecue too can be provided at a cost of Rs.200/- per head for guests staying a single night. For guests on a two night stay, the barbecue is complimentary. Please carry any required soft/hard beverages and snacks as the closest shops are far away from the property. UNPLUG AND RECONNECT WITH NATURE At Banyan Bliss, we encourage you to slow your pace and embrace the tranquility of nature. Engage in activities like bird watching, photography, or nature walks. In the monsoons, venture to a seasonal natural pool and waterfall through a jungle trail or a visit to the nearby river. Both of which are outside the property and though secluded yet accessed and shared by others. Availability is contingent on weather and local conditions. A guided mountain trek promising an unforgettable sunrise experience as you journey through a carpet of wildflowers, breathtaking vistas and a quaint village temple is available at an extra cost of Rs.200/- per person per trip. CHILDREN AND PET FRIENDY STAY OPTIONS Banyan Bliss believes in nurturing creativity and encourages families to let their children embrace a device-free, nature-immersive experience. And encourage creativity, exploration, and engagement with the abundant fruit trees and the wonders of the great outdoors surrounding the property. Furry pet friends too are also welcome to roam freely and enjoy this natural haven at a cover charge of Rs.300/- per pet, per night. Which during the monsoons include vast stretches of paddy fields, a tribal hamlet, a waterfall and river in the monsoons. ACCESS TO SHARED SPACES 1) DINING AREA You have access to the dining area which has tables and chairs where meals are served. You can make use of the space to sit and read or use your devices (on offline mode) 2)TRAILS Explore areas around the property and we welcome you to explore as long as you're not intruding on any other guests personal spaces 3)SUNSET POINT Spend time at our sunset point to watch the sunset or sit down and read a book while looking at the beautiful views. Other things to note 1) Price mentioned is only for the stay. We provide delicious home cooked meals at an extra cost. 2) Please note we are in the nascent stages of crafting a natural farm stay experience. Providing room service is not possible. We encourage self service and participative living. 3) Request you to please treat it as your farm and not as a resort. 4) There are pets on the farm, please do not feed them 5) Waste management is one of the key areas where we expect your cooperation. Please take responsibility for any non-biodegradable items/trash you bring here and carry it back with you. 6)While going to the river, Please ensure that both you and your pet can swim or else, do not risk getting into the water under any circumstances. There is no lifeguard on the property. Plastics wrappings and food items if carried to the waterfall need to carried back to the property and carried back with the guest. 7) In case you have any special requests please feel free to talk to us at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 8)Any extension of check out time is dependent on room availability. In case guests wish to have an extended day check out, the cost would be extra. 9) You are free to bring your preferred soft, hard beverages and snacks as the closest shops are far away from the property. No hard beverages can neither be carried or consumed at either the waterfall ,river or e mountain trek when accessible.
