Our Cottage is a stylish, spacious yet cosy set in a peaceful countryside location in the pretty village of Snitterfield. 6 miles from Warwick, 4 miles from Stratford Upon Avon. The Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home The space As you enter the cottage to your left is a well equipped cottage kitchen with hob & oven, a dining table for 4/6 people sits in the kitchen, the utility is next to the kitchen where you will find toaster, kettle and a microwave. A intergrated slimline dishwasher, intergrated washer drier washing machine & a intergrated fridge/freezer are located in the utility. There is a downstairs bathroom comprising of toilet and wash basin. On the right of the front door is the living room with the oringinal inglebrook brick fireplace with a decorative wood burner as well as the original flagstone floors on the hearth. The lving has a comfy sofa, armchair & a traditional rocking chair! There is a smart TV with a fire stick . The front door leads out to a front terraced area with parking & space to eat or enjoy an evening drink. The cottage has high speed fibre wifi throughout the cottage. Upstairs is accessed by traditional steep cottage stairs (Please note the stairs have limited head room) The master bedroom is a generous size with high ceilings and plenty of wardrobe storage It has a oringinal antique double bed and side tables. The second bedroom has two single beds exposed oringinal oak beam with the original oak wood panelling. The bathroom has a generous size shower unit with a overhead & hand shower unit with a toilet and sink unit. The landing has the original oak beam along the ceiling with the original bannister.
