This location is remote yet within a 5 minute drive to the D&L Trail, 10-15 minutes to Jim Thorpe, Beltzville, Mauch Chunk Lake, Hickory Run State Park, and a 20-30 minute drive to 3 ski resorts. There is self check in at the front door/porch area where you will unload your belongings and enter, and also at the garage area where your vehicle will be parked at all other times. The keypad locks at both entry doors will be coded with a number that is unique to you and easy to remember. The space This house is actually 2 homes connected by a large family room. The Airbnb is the one home inclusive of the large family room. The host resides in the other home. There are no neighbors, other than the host. It is quiet, simple and clean. There is a full 2 car garage with a lot of storage space for any outdoor gear. This is the place to stow anything from hiking boots, ski gear, bikes, and river equipment to your car if you wish. Guest access Guests will have access to the one house and the large family room as pictured. Other things to note This is a place in the woods and open fields. You hear the sounds of the natural world at night. Depending on the time of year you visit, you will hear different serenades. Examples include early morning birds, bullfrogs, Katydids, crickets, and spring peepers to name a few.
