Beautiful Villa with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The villa & grounds are set over 3 levels with 3 large terraces (all with views) and hotel-sized private pool. Gorgeous gardens & outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ & pizza oven, this villa has everything you need for a luxury escape. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & 2nd sitting room with double sofa bed. Also a jacuzzi available on request. For previous reviews if you search Villa Artemis Nafplion The space There is a steep hill up to Villa Artemis and as you go up you will see signs for Villa Artemis. Entrance – electric gates to villa and long driveway with parking for 4 cars, we advise keeping the gates closed. All the gardens around the villa is private and for your use. Entrance to hall way, then open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with Miele hob, oven and steam oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, coffee machine, orange juice maker, toaster, kettle. There is a large terrace off the sitting room with seating and views of the valley and sea. Master bedroom on top floor with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and TV. 2 large balconies with views of the sea and Mount Assini. 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, TV's, fitted wardrobes and french doors to gardens. Second sitting room with double sofa bed that can be split into two single beds or one double bed with french doors to the gardens. Also extra foldout bed if required for a 9th guest and travel cot on request. Air-conditioning throughout the villa, TV in sitting room and the three bedrooms. Gardens Large private gardens split over 3 levels with steps to each level and the top area of garden is Olive trees which you are welcome to explore. Patio doors off the lower ground floor directly onto the gardens and pool area. Pool Area Pool – Large swimming pool which is not heated with luxury sun beds and seating area. Outdoor Kitchen – with seating area, BBQ and Pizza oven – logs and lighters are in the cupboard outside. Please ensure young children are supervised by the pool as it is deep and there is a set of stairs from the entrance to the pool area and lower gardens. Hot tub – available at extra cost. Note: this needs to be requested in advance as it is serviced after each guest stays Guest access The whole villa, grounds, swimming pool and parking are private and only for guests use. Other things to note We stayed in Villa Artemis on Airbnb for 2 years and loved it so when it came up for sale we bought the Villa in January 2023. We have improved the villa this year and added new sofas, & dining table - there are extra chairs for the dining table in the cupboard under the stairs. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms and an second sitting room with sofa bed please let us know if you have more than 6 guests so we can set up the sofa bed and extra room.
