We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? We've got you covered with a pack & play, high chair, beach toys, kiddo plates/utensils, books & art supplies. We look forward to hosting your next stay in Montecito. The space Our rental has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the primary as well as king bed in the guest room. The home has two full bathrooms. One bathroom is an en suite with the primary bedroom, and the other is in the hallway, next to the 2nd bedroom. The en suite has a bath tub and has been recently renovated with new tile floors and bath tub surround. The hall bathroom was also recently renovated with a large shower in white subway tiles and a tile floor. We have a comfortable living room, that is ready for cocktails, games or getting cozy by the fire. We provide bath and beach towels and all linens for your stay. We have a twin IKEA floor mattress with linens and comforters available for guests. (families traveling with kiddos) The property is non-smoking and this rental does not accommodate pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home at Unit A. This includes a driveway, 2br/2ba home, private backyard with orange and lemon tree and grassy front yard with a mature avocado tree and lime tree. Garage access is not included, but there is space in the driveway for at least 2 vehicles. This unit is only connected to Unit B via a wall in the garage, thus making it feel separate and private. The entire yard is fenced. Other things to note Be sure to bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and flip flops!
