30s School Upstairs 4BR/Kitchen/Pool/Gym NO FEES

This classic schoolhouse was built in 1933. It still has that vintage charm, and the apartments are furnished with retro inspired decor, with modern conveniences. Many of the items date back to its use as a elementary school. Our goal is to make it as warm, welcoming, and comfortable as possible. We have a pool, full gymnasium with sports equipment, a Peloton, free weights, and ping pong. There is a fire pit, big lawn, and fort area for the kids to play on. You can charge your EV! The space This is a 4 bedroom apartment with two living rooms, a cafe area, and a full kitchen. The apartment is broken up into 2 separate, adjacent living areas, perfect for larger groups. Guest access Guests are allowed in the common areas of the hallways, laundry areas on their floor, pool, gym, yard, bathrooms by the pool, and stage. Please stay out of the commercial kitchen, basement area, and back locked areas, which may not be safe. During your stay We are happy to interact with guests at their desired level of interaction - we will leave it up to them to get into contact with us. However, this is a large property, and we prefer to give guests a tour upon arrival, just text us via the app, and we will be happy to show you around! Other things to note Since this is a vintage school, it is complete with a whole gym for you to play in, additionally, we have an outdoor heated pool, firepit, and play fort area.
