Jasmine Cottage Mundesley

4 minute walk to Mundesley Beach. Our house is a beautiful historic property in the picturesque seaside village of Mundesley in Norfolk. Built 1914. During July and August we only accept 7 night bookings. Close to Mundesley Beck, with Gold Park, skate park, local shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk from us. The house is well equipped, two bedrooms for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. Parking for 1 vehicle. The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Access and parking for one vehicle is at the back of our cottage, leading onto the sunny courtyard with double doors that open from the cottage. Enjoy the beautiful sunny courtyard garden with garden seating and table. The front entrance has access to a garden gate, it is for access only across the garden, and not part of the holiday home. There are two bedrooms, master with king size bed, double with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, large bathroom 1 contains bath, separate shower, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bathroom two, wet room with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. There is a third toilet with wash hand basin downstairs. A well equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and smart TV. The large lounge has two seating areas with sofas, rocking chairs, games and books. Eco log burner and smart TV. Guest access The whole house is available for guests to access. Ground floor and first floor. We have a third floor which is off limits. Other things to note There are several footpaths from our cottage that take you into the village, to the shops, the park, the beach and the coastal footpaths. Our sunny courtyard is perfect for all fresco dining, or enjoying the sunshine. Garden furniture is available to use. Gates through to the parking area and the log store. At the front of the cottage, we have a small patio with seating. The garden gate is accessed at the front across the lawned area, the lawned area is not included in the cottage, only for access across to the gate if required. Please be aware there is an open pond in a neighbours garden. Children must be supervised at all times. We have parking for one vehicle on our property. Close by is a layby and a car park on the Beach Road for any additional parking.
