Colonial Style Boutique Loft with Parking

The loft is new, the space was created inside a beautiful two-story old colonial style house. We are on a very quiet and typical cobblestone street but one block from major roads and a 10-minute walk from the central square of Coyoacán. We're proud to live in this beautiful place with so much history and beauty that will surely remain in your memory. The space It's a two-story colonial-style house with wooden doors. The loft is located on the ground floor entering to the left of the garage (which is outdoors). It is a continuous space that includes all the spaces and utensils that might be needed (including a vertical piano). It has access to the terrace directly from the bedroom overlooking the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the garage, loft, and terrace. Other things to note We have a security alarm with ADT service, so we only ask that the terrace overlooking the garden be closed at 10pm. We have a dog and two cats. Although they live inside with us, you may see them in the garden sunbathing during the day.
