8 personers beach house with outdoor pool

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place just 300 meters from the beach. The house has an outdoor heated pool, which can be used both morning, noon and evening as the property is in a perfectly sheltered location. Here you can be completely undisturbed by others. There is no view from either the road or nearby cottages. The house is also suitable for families with children, as there is a swing set, trampoline and a small campfire on the property. Nearby is a small marina with fresh breakfast and local dining. The space On a beautiful, undisturbed natural plot lies this newly renovated/newly built cottage (2023) with room for eight people. In addition to the house, an outdoor pool with a surrounding 110 sqm wooden terrace has been built (June 2023). The pool is with magnesium salt, which has a relaxing and calming effect on the body. The pool is heated and it is also possible to swim with the pool cover on. Half of the house is brand new, built in July 2023 with a new bathroom and toilet as well as two new bedrooms. The whole house consists of a large kitchen with dining area as well as a relaxation area with sofa group and newly purchased flat screen. Here is Wi-Fi access. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet in the house as well as 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with access to the pool and terrace deck, two smaller bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds in each, and a (children's) room with bunk beds. There is a brand new heat pump/air conditioner in the living room as well as a new wood-burning stove. Both the refrigerator, induction stove and dishwasher are newly purchased. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On the property, there is also an older terrace with exit from the living room. Here is an outdoor dining area with space for at least 8 people. In the garden there is also a swing set, trampoline and fireplace for free use. Guest access There is access to the entire house as well as the shed and all cabinets, etc., with the exception of a single cabinet in the largest bedroom. Other things to note Wi-Fi covers the living room/kitchen as well as part of the associated terrace but not in the bedroom and bathrooms. It is possible to purchase a bed linen package consisting of bed linen and 1 bath towel for DKK 110 per person. Must be stated at the time of booking or no later than 2 days before arrival by sending us a message. Pool: The pool season is from around April to around the end of September depending on the outdoor temperature. This means that the pool CANNOT be used from around October to April. It is possible to heat the pool in the off-season by special agreement and against payment of the cost of heating (electricity and cleaning), which varies depending on the outside temperature. The pool is heated to 28 degrees and the temperature must NOT be adjusted. The pool is checked once a week and water is added here. This check is included in the price. If the water level falls below the minimum, the circulation and thereby the purification of the water will not work. The level must be able to be maintained for a minimum of 1 week unless a lot of water leaves the pool. If the pool is contaminated or if extra water needs to be filled and the cleaning checked, a pool man must be called out, which entails a fee of DKK 1000. It's only if a pool man is needed more than the included visit every week that an extra fee is added. Since we have the option of air conditioning and heating in bathroom floors, a payment will be charged for consumption over 250 kWh per week at DKK 3 per kWh. The 250 kW covers the regular electricity usage for 8 people as well as the operation of the pool facilities.
