Kids friendly house 300m from the beach

Our semi-detached house is perfect for families who want to stay in a calm area with lots of nature and still be able to explore Copenhagen and Elsinore. Plenty of things to do for kids both inside and outside. You'll be close to the beach, the forest, and the train that takes you to Copenhagen and Elsinore. The house comes with two sweet pets. A bunny and a cat. They mostly take care of themselves. We only expect you to give them food and let the cat in and out of the house when it wants to. The space Our house is cosy, simple and functional. Everything here is meant to be used, and by kids too (ours are 6, 8, and 10). - Big living space connected to modern, functional kitchen and with 3 doors opening into the garden. The space has a LEGO play area, TV (with Apple TV), stereo with record player and Chromecast audio, indoor fireplace, and lots of books. - Kids' creative space with lots of games, toys, and drawing & painting materials. Plenty of childrens' books (in Danish). - Downstairs bathroom (no shower in this one). - Upstairs: Bathroom with shower, and 3 bedrooms. One of the double beds has a Japanese (futon) mattress. All the bedrooms have blackout curtains. - Cosy garden and terrace with a trampoline and many little corners where you can catch the sun. The house and garden are very private, enclosed by plants/fences and removed by 50m or so from the street. - Private car park in front of the property. Nearby: - 5 min walk to a super family friendly beach and Espergærde harbor with the best pizzas and ice cream. - 1 min walk to the forest with a great 5k loop if you want to go for a run. - 5 min walk to the train that will take you to central Copenhagen in 40 minutes, or to Elsinore in 10 minutes. - 10 min walk to Espergærde shopping center. Guest access You'll have access to everything here. We only ask that you treat our house and things as you would your own. Other things to note The house comes with a very sweet cat. It mostly takes care of itself, we only expect you to give it food and water and let it in and out of the house when it wants to.
