This one bedroom condo is located a few blocks away from Durham's Central Park's restaurants, breweries and nightlife. The unit is fully furnished and the community features a courtyard with park-like gardens and a salt-water swimming pool. Owner offers flexible short term leases and the unit comes with water, sewer, cable and internet. Convenient to Duke Medical Center, Duke University and all that makes Durham a great place to stay. Guest access Guests at Pearl Mill Flats will have the condo to themselves. The space is not shared. There is an on-site laundry room for the Pearl Mill Flats community. All guests will have access to the community courtyard, games, and gardens. Over the summer months, guests will also have access to the community's saltwater pool. Other things to note This is a pet friendly unit. Please let us know how many pets (max is 2 - preference is 1) and what breed your pet is. There will be a $35 pet fee per pet.
