Only 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Kansas City, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun, Royals & Chiefs stadiums, bars, restaurants, and shopping all close by. Easy access to highways and all the necessities. Fenced backyard with semi-private space to enjoy the outdoors. Table, chairs, and a fire pit. This is a kid friendly home with most of the necessities provided. The space This is the right side unit of a duplex. Private space with lockbox entry. It has all the necessities to make your trip easy and worry free. Comfortable living room with couch and big screen smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Pandora, etc. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking necessities and appliances. Dining table that seats 4. Washer and dryer in downstairs half bath. Iron, ironing board, detergent, and dryer sheets. Upstairs: full bath with shower & tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and blow dryer. Two bedrooms with walk-in closets, hangers, queen size beds, and storage. Desk and workspace in the smaller bedroom. Pack-n-Play available for infants/toddlers. Queen size air mattress & electric pump available UPON REQUEST for guest 5 to sleep downstairs. Or can use the big comfy couch. DISCLAIMER: Must climb steep stairs to get to bedrooms and full bath. Most of the neighbors are families with young children and have been great neighbors to have. If you search crime in Kansas City, you will find that most of the crime happens south of the river (this unit is north of the river). You will find that this area is generally safe, and is known to be the safest area of Kansas City, but crime can happen anywhere. Keep your cars locked, doors locked, and you shouldn't have any problems. I live next door should you need me and am usually available and happy to help! Guest access You will have access to the entire right unit, with parking in the front of garage, right outside front door, and access to a fenced backyard area. You will not have access to the garage as I keep this locked and use as storage. Self check in with lockbox at front door. Private entrance. Other things to note This is a duplex with shared walls and a shared driveway. Should any issues arise or you experience noise or parking issues, please contact host and any concerns will quickly be addressed.
