The space Walking or shuttle bus distance from my home. 1.5 miles to NIH, 25-30 minutes by walk. 1 min to the bus stop, bus reach to shopping mall, grocery store, supermarket and red line metro station. The house is located in a nestle corner, independent location, quiet neighborhood. No embarrassment of being watched by the community. The home is charming, well-maintained, and comfortable. All shared spaces are separated from the host. Private and without conflict with the hostess. Simple meals can be made in a cozy private kitchenette set up for guests. Provide rice cooker, food steamer, electric hot burner, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster, small oven. (And air fryer, noodle cooker.) Free parking (please let me know you have a car when you contact). Guests have access to the laundry room, first floor deck and backyard. But need to pay. Guest access The room is on the lower floor. The room is furnished with a twin bed, a shelf, and a desk for work. 2-4 guests share 1.5 bathrooms; full access to a kitchenette which is assigned for guests cooking a simple meal only. fully access to the washing machine and dryer ($3/washer &$3/dryer). Other things to note Shoes off policy at the entrance, slippers provided. Sensitive main pipe, so don't throw anything into the water pipe except for liquid. Don’t throw anything into the toilet except for toilet paper. Should clean all shared space and utensils including the cooker. Be kind and quiet.
