Vivre Benaise is a rural cocoon, an art of living in the Charente style… with an open heart and nature as a permanent guest. ☆ Double bedroom (140 cm bed) and spacious private bathroom. ☆ The +: fully equipped kitchen (not adjoining) for breakfast (included), and your other meals independently. ☆ Two outdoor spaces on the bedroom side for relaxation and on the kitchen side for meals. Independent entrance and free parking space. The space Our single-story house is on beautiful land with a garden, swimming pool and small wood. ☆ Your room: It is located at the northwest end, in the house, with a separate entrance overlooking a green area. It is equipped with a standard size bed (140/190) with new bedding, 2 pillows and a duvet, a wardrobe with hangers, a desk table with lamp, 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables, a cabinet with a courtesy tray, kettle, books and documentation about the area, and a flat screen TV. Bed linens are provided. ☆ Bathroom with toilet: Completely new, it is adjacent to the bedroom and private. Towels, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. ☆ A kitchen: a well-appreciated plus. It was created especially for your comfort, with cooking utensils and dishes. Household appliances: Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, hob, extractor hood, electric oven and microwave. You can cook, eat and store your food and drinks there. This is also where breakfast will be available. • Essential products. Provided: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea and herbal teas. • Kitchen maintenance: Dishwashing products, cleaning products, garbage bags, sponge and tea towels, broom and dustpan are provided. The cleaning of the dishes of your meals is your responsibility. We thank you in advance for cleaning this space and leaving it in perfect condition when you leave. • In peace: We have our own kitchen and there will be no other guests. However, we may have to cross to access our laundry room (outside of meal times). • Kitchen not adjacent to your room: You will get there by crossing the outdoor courtyard or garden. • Outdoor dining area: Opposite the kitchen, a table and garden chairs will allow you to have your meals facing our wood. Guest access An area of the garden in front of your room is available with sun loungers to relax. Our heated pool is accessible in the summer (May to September). Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. During your stay We love interacting with our guests. Depending on your desire, the hosting can be discreet or open to friendly moments. We are available on-site, or by SMS at any time before and during the stay. We will be happy to tell you about the good addresses, places to visit and the many activities in our region. Other things to note ☆ For the complimentary breakfast: Hot drinks, bread, butter, jams, honey, spread (without palm oil), cereals, milk. Yogurts and fruit juices. We favor regional and/or organic products. Gourmet supplements: at least once per stay depending on the duration of the stay (viennoiserie, brioche, homemade cakes or local specialties...). ☆ For more well-being: Nathalie offers intuitive massages (only for women) and her Tibetan bowl treatments.
