The separate bunk house has the 3rd queen and twin bed “also has a/c”. Guest access Entire property/ buildings with the exception of the tool shed. Other things to note Property is located roughly 10 miles from Itasca state park (start of the Mississippi) and has access to miles of atv/ snowmobile trails. Also there is 2, kayaks 1, paddle boat & 1, paddle board there for your use. A 18 passenger 24’ pontoon available for rent on site.
