Kitchen - fully-equipped with Keurig, Cuisinart air-fryer, pop-up toaster, Vitamix blender, food processors, waffle makers, microwave, gas range & oven. Bedroom 1 - Queen sized bed with medium-firm Novoform foam mattress, large dresser, TV with Roku, one closet with shelving, attached full bathroom with double vanity, shower, and bathtub. Bedroom 2 - Queen-sized bed with petite workdesk (36"), wireless printer, closet with shelving, TV with roku. Bathroom 1 (en suite for primary bedroom) - Double vanity, bathtub and shower, ample storage, and full-sized washer & dryer in primary bathroom. Bathroom 2 - Shared hall bathroom includes bathtub & shower. Backyard - completely fenced backyard with lots of grass, perfect for dogs and active kids. BBQ, small "play" porch with sandbox & sand toys. Portable firepit, table and chairs, and large umbrella are perfect for spending time outside. Guest access The entire house and both yards are accessible. The detached garage and shed, along with one closet in the primary bedroom are not accessible. Other things to note We are in the heart of Burbank where we do have our own small airport, so we do get planes coming directly overhead from time to time! If you need complete silence at all times, this probably isn't the home for you! If you're outside you'll certainly see them -- but if you're inside the home you likely won't even hear or notice. Airplanes may fly from 7am to 10pm.
