Delightful renovated refurbished Stables with original period features retained, located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Luckington Wiltshire. The accommodation has a bedroom equipped with two single beds, (can make a double) with ensuite bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Stables are to be found behind a walled secure garden alongside the main family house and has outside seating and BBQ. There is secure parking available. The space The Stables is located adjacent to the family house and the secure garden is shared by the Stables and the house. There is one drive entrance that is shared with main house. There is space for two cars to park comfortably outside the stables. There is covered porch area outside the stables for any bikes to keep them dry. There are chickens running free (although these can be shut away for the duration of your stay) and there are family pets of a cat and two Labradors that will access the garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome, guests are fully responsible for the control of their pets whilst on premises. There is a hose and towels to be able to wash your dog after walking if required. There are dog walks and fields close to the property. The Stables are exactly as shown in the photographs, there are no further rooms or outside space or other doors to the premises. The double sofa bed is located in the sitting room space. The only access to the bathroom is via the bedroom. The property is on one level only. There are spare sheets and blankets in the wardrobe in the bedroom. A trouser press, ironing board and hairdryer are available. The beds in the bedroom are single beds that can be pushed together to make a double. They can be pulled apart leaving a small gap between the beds. There are electric blankets on the beds. A cot can be provided on request. There is no washing machine in the property but a clothes wash (no ironing) can be completed on your behalf for a fee. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar for eating. There are no table and chairs in the property but there are small side tables and trays available. A high chair can be provided on request. There are information leaflets and books in the sitting room for the local area. The garden area outside the stables has its own outside table and chairs. There is also a garden sofa available in the summer. A BBQ located in the cover area outside the stables is available for use. The main grass garden is available for use but the garden seating here is prioritized for the family but is available when not in use.
