You'll be just a short drive from all the major attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks is just up the street. Note: We use professional cleaners after each stay, and in addition I personally sanitize all surfaces and door knobs before each guests. Extra cleaning supplies are provided in case you need to use. There is a large sofa bed in the living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a walking closet. Second Bedroom has two twin beds. You’ll have a full kitchen, fully equipped. Tea and coffee are provided. There is a private court yard seating area just outside of the entrance to the property, with chairs and a table, weather permitting. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Access to 2 acres of land. This fully private lower level home is located on a private residential community. The property is fully gated and located on a 2 acre land. It has plenty site parking. Neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful, yet just minutes from DC, beltway, Tyson's Corner ,Northern Virginia and Bethesda. Starbucks is just up the street as well as grocery stores (both Giant and Safeway), restaurants, walking trails, cleaners, hair salons, Walgreen & other conveniences. Smoking of any kind is absolutely restricted and not permitted on the property. Please do not burn candles. Please leave your trash outside the door in closed trash bag, upon checking out. No additional guests allowed during your stay, unless a change reservation has been issued. You must be 25 years and older to be able to book the property.
