Charming little cottage in the countryside

Spend a few days in Corrèze! Close to Brive-La-Gaillarde, at the gates of the Dordogne (Vézère Valley, Lascaux,...) and the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac,...), this gîte is between the countryside and the city. With all the amenities, you can settle in and enjoy the quiet and pleasant environment. A nice terrace overlooking the valley and a small pond will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place and observe the deer and roe deer at nightfall. The space This charming stone house is completely renovated, equipped and beautifully decorated. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The ground floor consists of a kitchen/dining room and a sitting area. The kitchen is functional. You will find everything you need for a quick and effortless stay: dishes, tea towels, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. A pleasant lounge area with sofa to enjoy a quiet moment with a good novel, flat screen TV or Wi-Fi internet connection. Upstairs there is the bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet) and the sleeping area composed of two independent bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140x200 bed as well as plenty of storage for your belongings (cupboards, dressers). The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (110 x 180). Duvets and pillows are available. Linens are not provided (except for tea towels, hand towels and mattress and pillow protectors), but are available as an option with an additional charge (see "Other information"). The house is surrounded by a nice little garden that is fully fenced. A nice terrace with picnic table will allow you to enjoy the calm and lunch outdoors, with unobstructed views of a small pond and the surrounding countryside. Guest access You have the entire gîte, the land around it and the terrace. You have a space for parking your vehicle. Other things to note Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay with a surcharge of 25 euros. Otherwise, the accommodation must be left in the condition you found it. Cleaning will need to be done. There is no systematic cleaning participation so as not to penalize travelers, in addition to the various fees. Linens are not provided, except for tea towels, hand towels, and mattress and pillow protectors. Possibility of providing bed linen with a surcharge of 10 euros.
