Loch Lomond area - private cosy bedroom

Renovated Victorian home. Very cosy and warm with plenty of amenities nearby. Happy to answer any questions about the space. The space Your bedroom: first floor lockable private room with a superking hybrid orthopaedic mattress, orthopaedic pillows (others pillows availble) and cosy duvet. Desk/table area, and plenty of storage space. The room faces the garden, so is lovely and quiet with sunset views in the evenings. Bathrooms: we have two shower rooms, one on each floor of the house, these will generally be shared with us. Lounge: warm and cosy with large sofas, a TV with cable channels and streaming apps, and a wood burning fire. Kitchen/diner: all modern amenities for cooking, and a dining table for eating meals at. Garden: large enclosed garden with a large patio, and furniture to sit/lounge/lay on. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer available, please just ask to use and we can set this up for you. We have two friendly dogs - Mulder and Lyra, they are not allowed in the guest room, but they have free reign of the rest of the house and the garden. Mulder is a roughly 12 year old rescue Staffordshire Terrier and is the most lovable wee sook ever. Lyra is a rescue Shar Pei/Staffy cross who is 5 years old, she takes a bit longer to come around, but is full of love and affection when she does. We are a dog friendly house-hold, but if you want to bring your own dog to stay please only book in with us if your dog is dog friendly. Guest access The only areas that are off access are our bedroom and the formal dining room which doubles as my WFH office. During your stay We will be around for a good amount as I work from home (in the dining room, so won't be in your way). We would like to do most check-ins in person, but we will have a self check-in facility if needed. We are happy to offer some advice, or just have a chat, and are equally fine with giving you your space. Other things to note The dogs will be around the house most of the day, and I (Kelly) work fully from home. Neve will work from home on rare occassions and will require the use of the lounge for her work on those days, we are happy to work around any set days that you might want to use the lounge though.
