The Old School Rooms are the perfect retreat for family and friends. It has a spacious kitchen / living / dining room, a games room, four generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private garden. Located in the heart of Devizes, a historic and vibrant Wiltshire market town, you are a 5 minute walk away from shops, restaurants and pubs. We are 10 minutes walk from 3 supermarkets and have easy access to the beautiful wiltshire countryside and world heritage sites of Avebury and Stonehenge. The space You’ll be staying in the Victorian extension to the rear of the Georgian parsonage. The recently renovated space is light and airy, with underfloor heating in the open plan living space. The deceptively spacious room is designed for socialising. There is a large dining table which can seat up to 12 people. The seating area has four large sofas, perfect for games or catching up. The modern kitchen has a double oven and five ring induction hob, and is fully equipped for catering for large groups (lots of large pans, roasting tins etc). It's got a large island with stools, making it the perfect place to prepare dinner and socialise. Seperate to the living space, there is a large games room with 3in1 games table (pool, table tennis and air hockey), TV area and board game table. There is a good selection of toys and games for all ages to enjoy. Upstairs there is a shower room and large family bathroom. There are four double bedrooms. Two are very generous and can fit additional beds / cots. There is a private garden with BBQ, firepit, seating area and room to play games. Access to the property is via our garden. We live in the main house (pictured in the listing), we'll leave you to enjoy your stay, but will be on hand if you have any questions. We’re very family friendly: ask about cots, high chairs and toys.
