The bunks have a weight capacity of 150 lbs. The living room sofa also pulls out into a full size bed. Please use sheets located in the living room coffee table for pullout sofa. Maximum of 12 people in any event will be approved. For stays longer than 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be required at an additional cost of $275 to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard, except the garage and locking linen closet. Other things to note Beds consist of 3 king beds, one full sofa pullout, and 4 twin bunk beds. Please only persons under 150 lbs on the bunk beds. Early check in (before 4:00 pm) may be available in the event property is cleaned and prepared at a rate of 1/2 days rate, please inquire.
