Grand Room, Share Services; Near UNAM and Coyoacan

Medium Size Room located in the lower part of our house which is near the center of Coyoacan in Mexico City. We are within a walking distances from UNAM and 10 minutes away from the subway. IMPORTANT: You have to be organize and have no problem sharing a space. And be extremely clean person. 1 master bed, 1 work table with chair, 1 big closet with hangers and 1 bookshelf. *You will have to share the use of the bathroom (WC and shower) and the kitchen with two more people. * The space Our charming house was built in the 50's by my beautiful grandmother. We have remodel around the house so it is nice for everyone. Our departments are great for students around the world and for normal travelers that want to know Mexico City. Here is a list for our amenities! -Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, fridge, microwave, oven, table and chairs. -Big bookshelf and a big closet for your clothes. -A big table to work on with a nice chair. -Fresh bed linens provided. We lay out towels. - *Initial round* of toilet paper & dish washer soap is provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby grocery store just around the corner or in the supermarket (Comercial Mexicana, Walmart, are all nearby). -Hair dryer and iron can be provided if needed. Guest access You have access to your room, the kitchen, the bathroom in the hallway and to the rooftop, you can go upstairs to read, to have your morning coffee or just to contemplate the view. During your stay I am a freelancer photographer that works from home so I will be here at your arrival. If not because I may be busy at time, there will be someone to open the door for you and show you around. If there is anything you need, just call me or message me so I can help you. Other things to note If your stay is longer than a week, we can provide an extra set of sheets and body towel for you to take to wash your linens and have a clean spare. We do not wash sheets while you are here. Sorry. But laundry is quick. As we said before, we provide the first round of toilet paper, paper towel, and dish soap, but after that, it is your responsibility to get them from the grocery store or corner store. Your dirty clothes can be taken to the Laundromat located at GAMMA 8 or DELTA 74.
