Villa Saphir offers a comfortable and quiet setting for a holiday stay. With an amazing view on Orient Beach village but also on St Barth, Tintamarre, Pinel Island... you are still at walking distance of one of the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean, Orient Beach. It is located in the gated community of Orient Bay with its beach restaurants, water sports, the « Place du village » with its delicious restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery... Everything you need for perfect vacation ! The space Villa Saphir has 3 bedrooms as follows: - Bdr 1: King size bed with terrace access - Bdr 2: King size bed (that can be separated) + a mezzanine with full bed - Bathroom 1 located between bedroom 1 and 2 - Bdr 3: King size bed - Bathroom 2 attached to bedroom 3 The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room open to a large covered terrace. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a deck and a 2ndterrace with sofa and sunbeds. The villa is totally air conditionned but also has ceiling fans in each room. The villa has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV in the living room and master bedroom, WiFi, barbecue. Villa SAPHIR offer an amazing sea view but is also at 10 minutes walk from the beach or only 1 minute by car! The villa is children friendly, with it's baby pack and play (with mattress and sheet) and the pool is equipped with an alarm. Other things to note Cleaning fee include: check-in /check-out and one service per week (for stay longer than 7 nights)
