Quaint Mt. Mitchell Condo with Stunning Views

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Gorgeous mountain views from the front porch and Pisgah National Forest in the back yard make this condo a cozy and quiet place to relax and watch the stars at night. Plenty of hiking trails nearby, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more just outside the door! During the summer the HOA hosts local musicians to perform at the pool or clubhouse once a month. The pool may close a little earlier on those evenings. The space Rustic and cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath condo at the top of Mt Mitchell. Couch pulls out for a comfy queen bed. Kitchen has all the basic necessities: pots and pans, baking sheet, dishes, full size fridge, keurig with pods, basic spices to get you started. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. We provide all linens, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Community pool is right outside the front door, next to the club house with games, books, a smart TV, pool and ping pong table and a washer and dryer. Guest are welcome to use any of this during the stay, please leave it as you found it when you are finished. Utility outages, if they occur, are out of our control. We will work to resolve quickly, but refunds or adjustments will not be issued during that time. Guest access Full access to unit, pool (seasonal), and clubhouse. The pool will be open through Labor Day. The clubhouse and fire pit will be available until December 1, 2025. It will re-open in April 2026. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the unit. If unauthorized pets are found, immediate eviction will occur and a $250 cleaning fee will apply. We are happy to accommodate ADA service animals.
