Being one of the oldest towns in our country Rousse is absolutely charismatic with its history and modern spots to visit. Your place by the park is the perfect choice for your stay - located at the entrance of the park, close to the central pedestrian area and just a quick walk to many restaurants and shops. The house is newly furnished and fully equipped. You can start your day with a coffee on the cozy balcony and finish it with a nice movie on the comfy couch. The space The house accommodates 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 more in the sofa-bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for your feels-like-home stay. Our guests can enjoy the manual citrus juicer, hot water kettle and the Dolce Gusto coffee machine with complimentary capsules provided. There is an oven, washing machine, cooking stoves, utensils and a large fridge. Additionally there is a dishwasher liquid, washing machine capsules and kitchen paper. Living area consists of comfortable sofa, tv and a table. High speed internet and free access to many international and kids channels are available. On the bookshelf there is a small selection for the booklovers. Wireless charger compatible with all brands on the market is also at your disposal. In the bedroom you can find a queen sized bed, large wardrobe with extra bed sheets and towels. Since the begining of 2024 we have introduced our "reading corner" where you can relax and have same quality time offline. The bathroom is thoughtfully separate from the toilet facilities and offers a generous supply of shampoo, shower gel, and liquid hand soap. Guest access Guests will relish the central location of the residence, which offers close proximity to a park, a supermarket, and numerous playgrounds. Should you require airport transfer assistance let us know. Last but not least babies and children are very welcome. Upon request, we can provide baby cod with an extra mattress, baby feeding chair and lounger baby bed linens and bath towels. In recognition of the luggage space occupied by children's toys, we gladly furnish a selection suitable for ages zero to seven. Simply inform us of your requirements, and we will be delighted to accommodate your needs. Other things to note Kindly note that the apartment is situated on the fifth floor, ensuring a heightened sense of tranquility and privacy. The building does not have an elevator. For families with little babies we have a baby carrier available.
