You will be provided with access instructions prior to arrival. ◈ Self check-in with smart lock ◈ Check-in: 4 PM ◈ Check-out: 10 AM Other things to note **Exterior cameras are present on the property** ✘ NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking in the home will incur a $500 fine + $150 for additional cleaning + additional fines for any damages. ✘ NO SHOES inside the home. Please be respectful and do not wear your outside shoes inside the house. If any shoe prints and stains are found on the rugs, you will be charged and extra $200 cleaning fee. ✘ NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS of any kind allowed inside the home or on the property. Violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb, will incur a $1,000 fine, an automatic termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please respect the neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times. The home is in a residential area and quiet hours are in place between 10:00pm - 8:00am. Any fines related to noise will be passed onto the guest. The home is not childproof, and parents are responsible for the safety of children. ☛ We generally do not offer late check-outs as we need to ensure enough time for the home to be thoroughly cleaned between guests. However, if you need a late check-out or if you need to extend your stay, please notify us *at least 24h* prior to your checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. We charge $35 per hour for late check-outs. After the second hour we will charge you a full night's stay.
