Breathtaking views and very comfy spacious home

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Perch offers 3 spacious bedrooms & stunning views of both Shasta and Lassen. We are just a short hour drive from Shasta ski park, a close drive to town where you can enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting and be ready to fall in love with the Fall River and McArthur Valley. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garage - areas off limits are in the master bedroom closet, a linen closet in the laundry room and there is a detached second garage that is not available. Other things to note All ages are welcome at The Perch - however keep in mind there are uneven stairs and walking surfaces outside, semi steep stairs to two lower bedrooms and there are very high decks. The decks are equipped with railings- however if you have courageous youngsters - please be diligent in watching them closely. We have baby gates installed on the interior stairs and there are extra baby gates available for use.
