The Beach Abode

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. You'll find easy access from the Blue Star Highway or 196. We like to call it, "Exit 7 to Heaven!". Basking on the beach, wallowing in wineries, sunsets in St. Joe, shopping in South Haven, traipsing the trails, or just hanging at the house; this is the perfect place to do it all! A few minutes away are local beaches and you will find St. Joe and South Haven within 15 minutes either direction. The space The house is spacious with generous sized rooms. There are three separate bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The living room is a great space for playing games, hanging out or having an impromptu family dance party! The dining room is separate from the kitchen, which also has counter seating. Outside you will find a deck, outdoor eating area, grill, gas fire pit table and a flat yard for outdoor fun. For those venturing to the beach, towels and beach chairs are also provided by the host! Those of you on an extended stay will find the washer and dryer a handy on-site feature! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house! The shed is the home owner's storage place and cannot be accessed by the guests. Other things to note The house is on well and septic. Drinking water is provided, up to a one week stay, for those that are sensitive to well water taste and smell. Although the house is private and in a fairly remote area, guests can expect to hear some traffic noise when outside of the home.
