Stix Cottage provides the perfect getaway for families, and friends. Steps from the shores of Sylvan Lake, this newly built skinny is filled with natural light and is the perfect home base for your next vacation. The cottage is half a block to Lakeshore Drive making the lake, restaurants, coffee shops, activities, and everything that this quaint beach town has to offer within easy walking distance. IG @stixcottage STAR#04422 The space The cottage's compact footprint contains kitchen, living, and dining on the main floor with the sleeping spaces on the lower level. The main bedroom hosts a king size bed and closet space. While the second bedroom contains a queen bed and two twin bunks. The three-piece bathroom on this level has a large vanity and a tub/shower with tiled walls. The fully equipped kitchen contains a full size fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and an outdoor BBQ. Essential condiments are provided including coffee & tea. Enjoy treetop views in the protected second floor screen room that features a fire table for cool nights. We have wifi at the cottage and two smart TV's for you to stream your subscriptions. Our record player provides some nostalgia but also functions as a bluetooth speaker. Relax in the hot tub accessible for all seasons or enjoy a camp fire in the backyard. Please note that it is our guest's responsibility to be aware of all fire regulations in effect. Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please do not allow your pets on the indoor or outdoor furniture in respect of other guests, further charges will be incurred for additional cleaning if this is evident. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage or on the deck. Other things to note NOTE: Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host. Make sure your reservation accounts for every person staying. Please don’t invite extra guests other than those included in your reservation.
