Game Room w/ full sized ping pong/foosball, mini golf, poker, corn hole, library, games!Between Downtown Boise & The Meridian Village, minutes to Boise Greenbelt (we have bikes).Triple Filtered RO-H20. We also have some baby items (please inquire) Party’s are not allowed. The space (Covid precautions! We sanitize The very best we can!) Our spacious home is the perfect gathering place to enjoy with family and friends! As you walk in, you will be greeted with a comfortable, roomy living room with vaulted ceilings. Our seating area features a couch, loveseat, large love chair, and 55" TV. We have also provided a desk in the living room for remote work and school. The gas fireplace provides a warm and cozy atmosphere in Winter months. The grand kitchen is a chef’s dream! Plenty of space to cook homemade meals with a large kitchen island and breakfast bar. The granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets add a luxurious feel. Our kitchen is complete with a top of the line, massive refrigerator, Standard Oven + Large Convection oven/Microwave as well as a dishwasher. We have it fully stocked with everything you may need including pots and pans, mixing bowls, blender, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee pot, crockpot, dishes, etc. Plenty of seating in the dining room and kitchen. The dining room table seats 6 and kitchen island seats 2. Counter seats 4 more. You will enjoy the split bedroom floor plan. The master bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. The master bath has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and deep bath tub for soaking and relaxing! The walk in master closet has plenty of space to hang clothing and store your luggage. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a fun whimsical feel with two bay windows, and a lovely seating area for two! The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bay window. There is a full bathroom between the two bedrooms featuring a bath/shower combo. Take use of the washer and dryer for extended stays. Also library closet. & Toy closet. The garage is an entertainer’s dream! Play foosball, ping pong, and board games in this large game room! Our favorite space that makes this Airbnb stand apart from others is the extra large backyard with a serene garden feel. We have plenty of patio seating for a large group on not one, but two patios! Enjoy and relax in the 4-6 person hot tub! ( The beer house down the street closed in 2022 we are hoping a new owner will bring back the fun.) *******Special note: if a pet is approved there is a deposit this is a monthly non-refundable deposit if staying longer then 30 days. If a pet has been approved we clean & sterilize the entire home after that guest the very best we can to ensure pleasure and safety to future guests! Guest access Our guests have full private access to the home, 2car space garage game recreation area, bicycles for two adults and three children as we add more to the list, the breezeway, back patio, hottub entertaining patio, as well as the large back yard. NOTE: we reserve the right to use the large shop on the second lot as needed (this should not affect your stay as the entrance is on a separate private lane to the West. During summer we have lawn care usually Fridays day fluctuates due to rain ask if you have a function. We also may need to notify our guests of sprinkler repairs or hottub maintenance (however we try to never disturb our guests during their stay!) We respect our guests privacy and have NO cameras within the interior of home or entertainment areas, we do have 4 security devices for safety on the Ring door and parking areas. Other things to note Our staying quests are invited to use the Hot tub, our only request is you shower prior to use to remove soaps and deodorant residues to keep it crystal clean for your pleasure :-). To open the cover fold top over bar and then gently left to far wall to hang free on bar. Do not remove cover from hottub. Keep covered when not in use for safety of non-adult guests. We require per house rules all hottub users be at least 15 years and to NOT touch any of the jets or operations. (Guests are responsible for any damage to wrong usage so please ask for assistance at anytime from us at check-in). Waivers of liability are a must if having children under 18 staying in the airbnb that might use the hottub (ask host for these, note: no acceptance even with waver under the age of 15.) Please make sure ALL doors are locked when not using home, and lights are off. You have many restaurants on Eagle Road and Fairview to choose from, look at NEIGHBORHOOD section for Top 10’s and our top Recommends 👇 The 4 TV’s all have Netflicks and other accesses (ask if you need help) please do not purchase movies on these sites.
