The Yellow Door Cottage is modern-escape with both modern and one-of-a-kind vintage touches, conveniently located in the heart of the Arts District in downtown Saratoga Springs! Your family/group will enjoy access to the entire house which has TWO SEPERATE side-by-side units (each 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath), complete with two private driveways that can fit 5 cars, and lovely outdoor spaces. Enjoy a short walk or bike to Broadway's attractions, SPAC, and just over one mile to the Saratoga Racetrack!! The space **PLEASE NOTE** This is a side-by-side duplex style home. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living area, private driveway and private side entrance. This booking is for the entire house, and your guests will stay in both units. The Yellow Door Cottage is a late 1800s charmer that has been thoughtfully updated and renovated. Centrally located in the Arts District, this cottage-style, semi-detached home is right around the corner from the bars and restaurants on Beekman St., and a short walk to all that Broadway St. and Caroline St. have to offer! We are just over 1 mile to the Saratoga Race Track – enjoy a summer stroll, bike, or short drive to the races! The cottage is located a few houses down from Railroad Run, which offers breathtaking running and walking paths that lead directly to Saratoga Spa State Park and SPAC – providing a scenic and convenient route to summer concerts, Saratoga Spa Golf Course, picnic areas, public pools, and so much more! The park is also home to many of Saratoga’s famed mineral springs, providing natural drinking water (bring your container!) and which are believed to have healing powers. Each unit offers 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and offers tons of new updates while still having plenty of original charm! Each full-sized kitchen has brand new GE stainless steel appliances and is equipped with a Keurig coffee/tea maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, basic spices and everything you need for a home cooked meal. Each bedroom has a brand new mattress with luxury memory foam pillow topper for ultimate comfort (Unit A has 2 queen beds, Unit B has 1 queen and 1 king bed). Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room where you are able to login to your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts. Our home is equipped with central AC, a living room ceiling fan, and heat. Guest access Your own private driveway offers convenient off-street parking. Getting around is easy by either a short walk, bike ride, or drive. Bike rentals are available right down the street at the top of the Railroad Run trail. Other things to note *While children are welcome, we do not currently offer highchairs or play pens, so please plan accordingly! *Please note: we do not offer laundry machines in the building, but there are several laundromats and dry cleaners within a half mile *Another plus to our location, the cottage is only a 30-minute drive to Lake George, located in the world-famous Adirondack Park, and a 1 hour drive to Gore Mountain for excellent skiing/snowboarding. **No indoor smoking or vaping.
