Cosy country barn retreat

Little Apple Barn is a delightful one bedroom retreat nestled in the rolling Sussex countryside close to wonderful vineyards and beautiful historic hamlets. It is newly decorated, with brand new furniture throughout, boasting a very spacious living area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and french doors leading to the pretty lawned cottage garden. Comes with free WiFi, Freeview, Netflix, iplayer and other streaming services. The space The Little Apple Barn is so named as it was historically used to store apples from the owners nearby orchard. Today our apples are used to make local cider (which we leave as a welcome gift for you in the barn!) You enter the grounds of The Little Apple Barn off a little country road, through secure electric gates. There are 2 parking spaces for you, adjoining the barn. The barn opens into a hallway/ boot room, with plenty of space for muddy boots and coats. Then on through to the light filled spacious 23ft living area with HD TV, comfy sofa/sofa bed, fluffy rug and cosy blankets. The fully equipped kitchen area has a contemporary induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar, as well as an extendable dining table with views overlooking the grounds. The bedroom has original beams and is decorated in relaxing Farrow & Ball colours. It has a brand new double bed, drawers, wardrobe and cosy, contemporary rug. The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, with towels and toiletries provided. The barn has its own private lawned cottage garden, with patio area, outdoor seating and a barbecue. The property is all on one level. Please note that the door heights are low, due to the barns historic nature and it’s original beams. The ceiling heights are generally high, with some lower beams. There are foam pads provided to cover the door beams if you wish to use them. Please be aware, there is a small pond in our private grounds, which could be accessed from the garden of Little Apple Barn, so please keep small children supervised. Guest access Guests have access to their own self contained property, private garden and parking spaces
