Whether you're coming to work for a few days for a seminar or you want to visit the capital, take advantage of this irresistible area of Buttes Chaumont! 10 minutes from Gare du Nord and 20 minutes from the city center, a stone's throw from the refreshing Canal de l'Ourcq and its cinemas, and of course 50 meters from one of the most original and largest parks in Paris intra-muros, the 15 m2 room is equipped with a brand new double bed, Wi-Fi, and the apartment is fully furnished for your comfort! The space This apartment has 3 main rooms: two bedrooms (including the one you will occupy) with a double bed each (all bedding has been renewed this winter) and a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining table and a small friendly reading area. Each of these rooms is equipped with an oil-filled radiator (replaced in 2024) to enjoy winter evenings. In summer, on the contrary, the apartment allows you to escape the sometimes suffocating heat that can hit the capital: the presence of the large Parc des Buttes Chaumont allows you to enjoy a very pleasant freshness from the evening, and its main exposure to the northeast as well as the trees that surround it offer a stream of fresh air that allows you to spend very good nights. The kitchen is not large but fully equipped because I love to cook: rotating heat oven, microwave, induction plate, food processors, freezer and fridge are at your disposal for your cravings for homemade dishes! A washing machine and dryer are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (there is a step to enter it, I prefer to specify it); the toilet is quite narrow (the strange charm of the old buildings...) but separated from the bathroom. In addition to the park, the location of the apartment allows you to fully enjoy a neighborhood very popular with Parisians (many of them come here on Sundays): the metro Laumière, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and Rue Sénan, all a 5' walk away, offer lots of restaurants, bars, cinemas, pleasant walks. By following the canal and if you are an amateur, your steps will take you to the Philharmonie de Paris to listen to a classical concert, the Zénith for rock, the Cité des Sciences or the Grande Halle de la Villette, or the dynamic Paris-Villette theater for a monumental expo or a scenic creation: all in 20' walk or 2 metro stops! Let's end on the metro precisely: it is a 5' walk with the 5 in Laumière, which will allow you to reach the Gare du Nord and Gare de l' Est in less than 10 ', Place de la République in 15, Bastille in 20'. During your stay In principle I will be there during your stay, but if my work requires me to be away and you need to reach me, my phone number will be the most practical, preferably text. In rehearsal, I have to turn it off but am reachable in principle within an hour and a half max! If you are looking for a place like this, save yourself the frustration and contact someone else, because, as I said earlier, this apartment is in an old building with numerous maintenance issues due to the age of some of the fixtures.
